Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No. The cleaning runs in this page's code on your device. Nothing you paste is sent to a server, and the tool keeps working with your internet turned off.
What does it mask?
Email addresses, US phone numbers, dollar amounts, account and PO numbers, street addresses, links, card numbers, Social Security numbers and IP addresses. You can switch each type on or off.
Does it remove names?
No. Names are too varied to catch reliably with patterns, so read the result and remove names by hand before you share it.
Which AI tools can I use it with?
Any of them. It is copy and paste, so it works the same for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or an internal AI tool.
Is it really free?
