Short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, use it to reply and (if you subscribe) to email you, don't sell it, don't use advertising trackers, and our analytics don't use cookies.

Forms record a submission time and the page you were on, and use invisible anti-spam checks. We ask that you don't send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data through our forms.
The free data cleaner runs entirely in your browser. Text you paste into it is not sent to us or anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies, social media pixels or third-party trackers. Our analytics are self-hosted and cookie-free. Because we don't set non-essential cookies, you won't see a cookie banner here.
How we use information

- To send newsletters or follow-up emails you've agreed to receive — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link
- To keep the site secure and working
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who processes it
Most of our tools are self-hosted on a server we control. We also rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloud hosting provider — hosts the server that runs this website, our forms and chatbots
- systeme.io — stores newsletter subscribers and sends our emails
- Slack — receives internal notifications when you contact us, so we can reply quickly
- Google (Gmail) — our email inbox, if you email us directly
We don't put inquiry details into public AI tools. If we ever use an AI service as part of a project you've hired us for, we'll tell you in your agreement.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, then deleted or anonymized. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email
- Ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@aichainworks.com
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We'll honor valid requests and won't treat you differently for making one
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Forms are filtered and rate-limited, admin systems require separate logins, and backups are kept off the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the amount of data we hold small and protected.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
